First, only bring soft-sided luggage, such as a duffle bag or backpack, since storage space is at a premium and storage of soft luggage is easier. Hard luggage can damage woodwork and paint.

For clothing bring casual wear, mostly shorts and T-shirts, sandals and good walking footwear and swimsuits. A jacket may be required in the evening sometimes.
