Our "Tiki 30 Number One" is a "sporty" open deck cat having no deck cabin. Usable space on deck is therefore no less then 34 square metres! This is impressive for a catamaran of this size, something that is really appreciated in the tropics where one lives mostly outside.

Most important is adequate shelter for sun. This is provided by a Bimini cover that quickly expands into a full size awning or enclosing deck tent, similar to our Tiki 38's.


Our Tiki 30's have already proven themselves to be quick, yet immensely safe and stable and a breeze to handle with simple tiller steering. James Wharram's exclusive Tiki soft-wing-sail rig performs exceptionally well on all points of the wind and the fact there is no boom is an obvious great safety feature too. The main sail can be raised, lowered or reefed on all points of sail and in all strengths of wind. The jib is roller reefed, and for light down wind work you can set a Multi Purpose Spinnaker if you like (optional). Your drive engine is aYamaha 9.9 "High Thrust" 4 stroke petrol outboard. It is exceptionally quiet, features electric start and remote engine controls all of which add greatly to your convenience. Cruising speed under engine is 6-7 knots with lots of power to spare.

Again she has all the advantages of our other larger catamaran and even more so being thirty foot. She can squeeze in places you wouldn't believe and turn on a dime.
Our "Tiki 30 Number Two" is a "cruising" version with a spacious airy deck cabin containing two bunks, seats and a removable table. She has a permanent Bimini cover that can be expanded in minutes to form an all-enclosing cockpit shelter.

There are two double cabins and in the forward section of each hull, with a compact private single cabin. Our Tiki 30 Cats have one separate toilet/shower compartment plus a second shower on deck.
